Established in 2010 by a group of like-minded musicians and educators working in Limerick, the Redemptorist Centre of Music is a unique project dedicated to providing excellent tuition in all musical instruments to people regardless of their background and encouraging the practice and performance through individual lessons, theory and ensembles.
All brass, woodwind, percussion, string and traditional instruments are catered for. We also run a very successful pre-instrumental programme for young children up to the age of 6. Music theory classes are offered to all students. All exam boards and state exams are catered for.
Our well stocked instrument bank allows students to try an instrument before they commit to purchasing one themselves.
Perfectly located in the city centre the Redemptorist Centre of Music employs a team of expert, qualified teachers for all instruments and prides itself on providing excellent tuition to all ages and abilities.
The Redemptorist Centre of Music is located in a building that up until 5 years previous was occupied by St. Clements College, which is now in a brand new premise just around the corner. Because of this we have excellent facilities including ample free car parking, large classrooms, a large concert venue, theory rooms and practice rooms.
