The Local Elections (Disclosure of Donations and Expenditure) Act 1999, as amended requires Designated Persons, National Agents and Candidates at the Local Elections held on 24th May 2019 to submit to the local authority concerned, within 90 days following polling day of an election, a Statement in writing of all election expenses incurred by them.
Statements of Donations and Election Expenses at the Local Election held on 24th May, 2019 furnished by Candidates, Elected Members and Designated Persons, in accordance with the Act, are now available for inspection in the supporting documents below.
