This is where a group of two or more households get together to provide themselves with sewerage facilities where no such facilities (or seriously deficient facilities) already exist.
In the case of group sewerage schemes, grant aid of 75% of the approved cost, subject to a limit of €6,500 per domestic connection may be available for all eligible works
