Notice is hereby given that Limerick City and County Council has, in pursuance of the provisions of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), deemed made the Patrickswell Local Area Plan 2024 - 2030, which was adopted by the Elected Members of Limerick City and County Council on February 26th 2024.
The Local Area Plan takes effect from the 8th April 2024.
The Plan includes a Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA), Appropriate Assessment (AA) Screening and Determination and Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Screening Report and Determination.
A copy of the Local Area Plan together with associated reports may be viewed in Limerick City and County Council Offices in Merchants Quay, daily (exclusive of public holidays) from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm. A copy of the Plan may also be inspected in Limerick City Library, Barrow House, Michael Street, Limerick and Dooradoyle Library during normal opening hours.

The Plan may be purchased for the price of €25.00 from the Planning, Environment and Place-Making Directorate, Merchants Quay, Limerick.
