Limerick Artist in Schools Programme 2019-2020

Invitation to Limerick Festivals for Expressions of Interest by Wed 13th March 2019, 5pm

As recommended in the recent Evaluation of the Artist in Schools Programme Limerick 2017/2018, Limerick City & County Council Culture and Arts Department is pleased to announce an open call to Limerick festivals to submit Expressions of Interest to participate in the delivery of Limerick’s Artist in Schools Programme 2019/2020.

‘It is the recommendation of this report that working with organisations such as festivals allows for a broader art form base and therefore ensures that the programme meets the objective to enhance and diversify pupil’s creative education.’

The Artists in Schools Programme is part of the annual programming by Limerick City and County Council Culture and Arts Department for young people, children and education. The Artist in Schools Programme is funded by The Arts Council with support from Creative Ireland and Limerick City and County Council.
