Notice is hereby given that subsequent to a resolution under S. 19 (1) (d) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (Amended), Limerick City and County Council at their meeting of the Municipal District of Cappamore - Kilmallock on 21st of September 2017, extended the duration of the Kilfinane Local Area Plan 2012-2018 for a period of 5 years.
In pursuance of the provisions of section 20 of the FINANCE (LOCAL PROPERTY TAX) ACT 2012 (as amended), I the undersigned, hereby notify the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government of the passing of a resolution at a meeting of the above mentioned local authority on Thursday 28th September 2017 to the effect that the basic rate of local property tax should stand varied upwards by seven and a half per cent (7.5%) for the year 2018 in respect of relevant residential properties situated in the local authority’s administrative area.
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of the Roads Act 1993, of the intention of Limerick City and County Council to close the road detailed hereunder at the specified location and times in order to facilitate Culture & Chips Festival 2017.
