Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 38 (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended by the Public Transportation Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46), Limerick City & County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce the following road layout amendments on the R512, Ardpatrick, Co. Limerick.
- Install new footpath
- Install new street lighting
- Install new road markings
- Install new drainage works
The works will involve the construction and installation of footpaths, drainage works, road markings, new street lighting and associated works.
Drawings and particulars of the proposed project are available for inspection at Kilmallock Area Office, Railway Rd, Kilmallock, Co. Limerick (V35 K497) and may be inspected during normal office hours from Friday 20th of January to Friday 24th of February 2023 inclusive. They are also available for inspection online during the above timeframe at https://mypoint.limerick.ie/
Submissions or observations regarding the proposal may be made in writing to the above office or online at https://mypoint.limerick.ie/ on or before 5pm, Friday the 24th of February 2023.
