Following previous public consultation on design options for O’Connell Street as part of the LUCROC project, Limerick City & County Council (LCCC) is now inviting feedback on the emerging preferred design before the formal stage of Public Consultation commences under the Part 8 Planning process.
The design team is interested in your opinions and suggestions on how the proposed design will help improve the public realm, regenerate the urban fabric, reduce air pollution and promote noise reduction on O‘Connell Street.
Feedback on the emerging preferred design will be considered in the preparation of the formal Part 8 submission for the project.
Funding of €4 million euro from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) is being provided to deliver this project with the balance of funding for the project coming from LCCC. Please come along and have your say!
Submissions will be accepted by post and email to the contact details below up to Friday 23rd June 2017.
