Christmas is such a special time of year, particularly in Crumlin hospital. It’s so important that every child can experience the magic and sparkle of the season. Let’s help make this possible by donating toys and vouchers to bring smiles to children’s faces.
We are asking you to donate a toy or voucher - however small. If you would like to get involved you can drop a gift to Maldron Hotel, John Carew Link Road, Roxboro, Limerick (all covid compliant) between now and Thursday 10th December and we will organise for all gifts to be shipped to Crumlin to go direct to the children by Monday 14th December. All donations are greatly accepted (new toys only - see restrictions below).
In light of current restrictions all government guidelines will be followed during our Christmas toy appeal.
All toys must be brand new. For infection control reasons we cannot accept second hand toys or used books. Other items that we cannot accept include;
- Cuddly toys or material based items
- Small toys that could be a choking hazard
- Homemade toys
- Large bulky toys
We would appreciate it if you didn’t wrap the toys as all items must be checked before being given to patients. Unfortunately we cannot facilitate donors in delivering gifts directly to patients.
