Integrated wellness is the theme for Network Ireland Limerick’s first event for 2019, taking place on Wednesday 23rd January at the Savoy Hotel, Limerick. Guest speaker Miriam Kerins Hussey, a qualified pharmacist with a passion for Integrative Health and Wellbeing, will discuss how personal and professional success can be achieved through wellness.
Speaking from her own personal experience and as co-founder of The Awakening, Ms Kerins-Hussey, will discuss the concept of integrated wellness and ‘lifestyle as a medicine’. During the talk participants will be encouraged to look at their diet, fitness, passions, sleeping patterns and all aspects of the self to help them achieve true wellness.
With wellness and wellbeing high on the agenda of many corporate organisations, she will also show how wellness practices can be incorporated into the work environment, including small businesses with limited or no wellness budgets.
Miriam has trained as an Integrated Health, Wellness and Nutritional coach, focusing on holistic nutrition, mind-body connection and emotional wellness. Miriam is also a renowned Yoga instructor, Holistic Healing Practitioner, an international keynote speaker and facilitator both in the corporate work space and with individual clients.
