Catriona O’Donoghue, President of Network Ireland Limerick, said, “With the growing demands of our personal and work life, many people find it hard to slow down long enough to understand their own needs and attend to them. Working in an ‘always on’ mode isn’t sustainable. Plus, there is an onus on business owners and employers to lead by example and eliminate stress in the workplace. This event will provide practical tips for working professionals and business owners to develop positive habits and the right levels of resilience and energy to tap into throughout the year. At this event everyone is sure to walk away with practical tips on how to achieve personal and professional success through wellness."
The event is free for Network Ireland Limerick members and just €20 for non-members.
