Two Castletroy based companies have taken the top gongs at the National Family Friendly awards announced this week. Northern Trust won the Best Large Company award for being the most family friendly workplace while Annacotty based Serosep Ltd received the award for the Most Family Friendly SME in Ireland out of over 600 applicants in that category.
Serosep is a family run business formed in 1997. The company has grown significantly to more than 71 employees from the region and doubled its turnover in the last 5 years. Serosep has identified that one of its key success factors is its family centric, caring and nurturing approach to both its customers and employees and endeavours to provide the support that is necessary to allow their workforce to find a happy medium by providing flexible working arrangements.
