Brian Cody’s was the second in a series of leadership talks this year that have been hosted at the Dell EMC campus in Limerick. The programme aims to equip future leaders from across the Mid-West with the skills and network of mentors they can learn from. Each of the inspirational talks from speakers within the world of business and sport are private sessions for the over 150 participants who have signed up for the programme.

As the manager of the Kilkenny hurling team since 1998, Brian Cody knows what it takes to be a true leader and to motivate and inspire a team to realise their goals. His successful career to date includes coaching his native county to eleven All-Ireland hurling championship titles and a famous four-in-a-row from 2006 and 2009.
