Bringing another win home to Limerick this year, 101 Limerick has beat very stiff competition from Dublin heavyweights to local giants, such as Adare Manor, to be named Southern Comfort’s People’s Choice for Bar of the Year 2019.
From over 500 entries, 101 Limerick claimed the top spot as Southern Comfort People’s Choice Award for both Munster and Nationally, making it officially Ireland’s most popular bar.
Owners of 101 Limerick Tony Enright and James Lennon said, “We would like to thank our hard working team and fantastic customers for voting for 101 Limerick, it amazing, we are speechless”.
Head of marketing, Michelle Costello said, “We are absolutely over the moon, as the 101 Limerick collective has only been fully opened for since December, it is a huge achievement, it is a great foundation for the team, it’s only onwards and upwards from here”.
