Follow in the historic footsteps of the Normans, embark on a 45 mile journey with three stages beginning in the medieval town of Kilmallock.

Take in the beautiful Ballyhoura mountain trail and kayak around the mystical Lough Gur before completing your journey through one of the last remaining medieval gates in Kilmallock where a feast and host of festivities awaits you.

The HHAR race will be the feature event around a festival which will take place in Kilmallock, Co Limerick during Easter from the 7th to the 9th of April.

There will be lots of fun and activities planned for the family including a junior cycle race on the eve of the event.

Following the race, the town will host an after party on the streets of Kilmallock which will include a headline act and plenty of refreshments.
