CLVEC is a Public Service Education Organisation providing education and support services to over 10,000 learners at 7 principal centres and approximately 70 out-centres across the City.

The Downtown Centre is an information, guidance and support centre for adults (aged 18+) who are interested in progressing to higher education, particularly for those considering doing so for the first time.
