University of Limerick – Science & Engineering Summer Camp 2011

Camp 1: 27th-28th June / Camp 2: 29th-30th June
The Camp is designed for students currently studying their Junior Certificate, Transition Year or Fifth Year.

The University of Limerick, Faculty of Science & Engineering Summer Camp is an exciting two day programme of highly interactive science and engineering activities. The theme for this year will be Energy.

The Science & Engineering Summer Camp ‘experience’ offers participants the opportunity to work in state-of-the-art laboratories and engage in a fully interactive, action-packed programme that will give them invaluable insights into exciting areas and explore future career opportunities.

Participants will explore elements of science and engineering such as chemistry, physics, biology, materials, CAD and electronics.

The Camp is designed for students currently studying their Junior Certificate, Transition Year or Fifth Year.

The Science & Engineering Summer Camp is non-residential and of two days duration:

CAMP 1 – Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th June 2011

CAMP 2 – Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th June 2011

Camp will run from 9am to 5pm on each day.
