Limerick City and County Council has introduced a Choice Based Letting Scheme on a pilot basis for certain council properties in the Newcastle West District. The Choice Based Letting Expression of Interest form is now closed for submissions.
About Choice Based Letting
Properties will be advertised as they become available from 9am on Fridays for a maximum period of 3 weeks. It is only during this time that an expression of interest on a property can be submitted. For the pilot phase Limerick City and County Council will advertise a number of properties as they become available. If there are no properties available a message will be displayed to indicate this.

Only approved housing applicants can submit an expression of interest in the properties advertised. If you have any queries, please contact our Customer Service Department on 061 556000.
How To Apply
An Expression of Interest is sought from anyone currently on the housing list who may be interested in becoming a tenant of the property below.
You will be asked to complete a form providing the following details: your name, address, mobile phone number, email and PPS number.
When completed, press ‘SEND’ and you will receive a message confirming that your expression of interest has been received and an email confirmation will follow.
