Cloppenburg Gospel Choir 2003

His worship the Mayor, Cllr. John Cronin received a "German Gospel Choir" from districts close to Duseldorf in City Hall on 25th April 2003. Afterwards, the choir gave a 30 minutes Recital in the City Hall Foyer. They will perform on 26th of April in St. Munchins Church at 19.30

The conductor, Mr. Albert Goekin who orignally from Cloppenburg has visited Limerick many times in the past. Landkreis Cloppenbug and St. Munchin's Youth Exchange have an exchange programme since 1970. The Mayor has been involved in the exchange since the early years of the Limerick German exchange.
