Publication of Draft Limerick City Council Public Parks Bye-Laws, 2010
Invitation for Submissions
Notice is hereby given that Limerick City Council, in exercise of its powers under Part 19 of the Local Government Act 2001, proposes to make new Bye-Laws for the regulation of Public Parks in
A copy of the Draft Bye-laws are available for inspection during normal working hours from Monday 25th January 2010 to Friday 26th February 2010 at the following locations:
1) Limerick City Council's Parks Department, 2nd Floor, City Hall, Merchant's Quay
2) Watchouse Cross Library, Moyross and
3) The Granary Library, Michael Street
The City Council will consider any submissions made in writing regarding the draft Bye-Laws. All submissions should be sent to: the Senior Executive Officer, Environment Department, City Hall, Merchants Quay,
Copies are available for collection from the Environment Department on request and an electronic copy may also be viewed hereunder
